Since 1991 Insight have developed a specialised service; providing 35 people with the specialised care and support that they require to live a quality lifestyle within the Medway and Swale areas; developing seven properties within socially valued areas and employing some 160 people to enable this to happen.

Insight is proud of its reputation and of the care that is provided by its staff teams and support staff. With the dedication and hard work of our staff we are able to make a difference to the lives of the people who depend upon us for their care.

Insight is committed to developing the skills and knowledge of its staff and is fully committed to enabling their personal development alongside those that they care for. This level of investment has meant that senior posts are filled by internal candidates and that staff are able to attain their diplomas in care and other specialist training opportunities.
