  • Free mandatory and specialist training including PROACT-SCIPr-UK®, Mental Health, Autism, Asperger’s, Medication, First Aid, Diabetes etc.
  • Personal development plans


We have 4 fully trained PROACT-SCIPr-UK® trainers who attend yearly refreshers to ensure that they keep up with all relevant changes.

We aim for all staff to receive PROACT-SCIPr-UK® training within their first 3 months of employment and they will attend a yearly refresher.
