Since 1991 Insight have developed a specialised service; providing 34 people with the specialised care and support that they require to live a quality lifestyle within the Medway and Swale areas; developing six properties within socially valued areas and employing some 145 people to enable this to happen. Insight is proud of its reputation and of the care that is provided by its staff teams and support staff. With the dedication and hard work of our staff we are able to make a difference to the lives of the people who depend upon us for their care.
